She doesn't know how long she's been looking at him, but her hearts beat quite fast whenever he's around and she can't help but sneak glances at the handsome Saiyan.

He could feel a gaze on his person, but he didn't need to turn his head to know who was staring at him. Not that he wanted to because he was in the middle of a meditation. A necessary session to silence the urge to kill that would never go away. He would have loved to get rid of this penchant for violence, but he could only manage to reduce it as much as possible. He'd stopped wondering why Kale didn't seem to have a problem with who she was. He was the same, and yet he'd never seen Kale have sudden homicidal urges. But he already knew why she'd had a peaceful life compared to him. That damned fusion had amplified Caulifla and Kale's positive points, but he'd done the same with their respective negative ones. In the Book of Legends, he had read that saiyan like himself were often bloodthirsty monsters. However, some of them had been born without a mind ruled by violence and the need to spill blood. They were lucky.
The meditation session over, he heaved a quiet sigh and stood up.

He was delighted that she had kept her silence so as not to disturb him during his meditation. He remembered that she was the type to talk without ever stopping, so it was strange that she hadn't uttered a single word since she'd found him.

He simply stares in silence with arms crossed up as they are being a wholesome family before him. For the first time in his life, he understands what it is like to feel like you should just leave instead of staying around for nothing. When he thinks about it, he does not exactly have a reason to be around besides the food. He supposes he can stay around until it is time to eat. The interaction between them makes him wonder what happened for her and him to no longer want to be together. Curiosity that dies the second that follows as he realizes he has no business knowing that stuff.

OWL HOUSE X CTHULHU MYTHOS: GODS AWAKEN (XIX)
Odalia walked into Emperor Belos’ throne room and prostrated herself before him and Nyarlathotep. “Lord Nyarlathotep, I have retrieved the book.”
Luz and Amity awoke in the original bodies and sprung back to life. “Uh? What happened?”
Amity groaned and fell backward her head throbbing with pain. “Why is my head spinning?” Her cheeks grew green and bloated out of the instinctive urge of retching whatever sour contents were churning in her stomach.
“So that is apple blood,” Luz spoke to herself, “after this, I’m never going to try that stuff again.”
Amity and Luz stared at each other surprised to find that they were back in their own bodies. They waved their hands in front of their faces and squeezed their arms until they took on a bluish hue. Their probing would only strengthen the notion that they were truly back in their bodies. But one thought came to their minds: if they were borrowing the bodies at the time, then what happened to the original host’s souls?
“Welcome back to the Isles, human.”
Belos had gotten off his throne and his large frame towered over the two. Unlike Odalia’s height at around 6 feet, Belos stood at a startling 8 feet. He eclipsed obviously Kikimora, his most trusted servant and right hand, but he was also an imposing figure when it came to the members of his imperial guards. This only accentuated the perceived majesty and authority he encouraged from his worshippers.
Luz stared at the Emperor with contempt manifesting on her face. “Belos.”
“I see that you are still bitter over our last encounter?” Emperor Belos asked. It was more a rhetorical question, really, but one he made out of amusement.
“Where’s Eda?” Luz asked.
Emperor Belos raised his hand. “Unharmed, I assure you, but we must keep her from interfering with our plans.”
He looked at the murals depicting the wild witches. “As you may have guessed I had...taken care of the wild magic practitioners...one by one.”
Luz internally shivered at the implications of what he was entailing. He raised his staff and carefully traced an invisible line through the savage witches on the murals. “The Day of Unity is now upon us.”
“How dare you send your hideous monsters to attack my home?” Luz demanded. Her fists shook and turned red to match the increasing anger in her face.
Belos chuckled. “It was more of a method of ringing you out; I knew that because of your compassionate heart that you would rather give yourself up than allow more of those rats to die in your stead.”
“Well, you got me now,” Luz stated never taking her eyes off Belos’, “so leave the Earth alone.”
Belos tilted his head. “The Titan proclaims that the Earth must be laid to waste before it returns to its full powers. There is no stopping the inevitable. The Earth will bleed a deep, gushing red, before it crumbles away to its slow, miserable, pitiable demise.”
Luz fought the urge of drawing a glyph to cave Belos’ head in. “Mami..”
Belos’ eyes flickered and glowed. “Oh, your mother? She is here.”
Luz’s eyes shot up. “She is.”
The metallic fingers of his gloves came together to create an echoing snap. Warden Wrath walked into the throne room alongside the Owl Spy. Luz’s eyes widened, her mouth hanging agape. A middle-aged woman with dark brown hair and tan skin was brought in with chains. A metal ring was fixed around her waist, and the heavy metal shackles around her ankles echoed on the floor in miserable tune.
She wore glasses topped with a red frame. From what Luz could see, she was a continually tired woman with heavy bags behind her glasses. Her hair was in a disarray as well as her uniform, one of those outfits you would see in hospital settings. Tears were crudely decorated on the woman’s uniform, particularly towards the bottom where the hem of her shirt was.
“Mom?”
The woman looked up to see Luz running towards her. “Luz!?”
Luz jumped and practically tackled her mother. “Is it really you?”
“It is me,” she stated. She tried to hug her daughter back with her limited capabilities. “I have been so worried about you.”
“I’m sorry, Mom,” Luz said, looking down. “I didn’t actually go to that summer camp that you wanted me to.”
“I am just delighted to see that you’re okay,” she replied, “when those letters stopped coming in, I almost had a mental breakdown.”
Luz felt moisture building in her eyes. She hated that she had to put her mother through that, but she had no other option in order to keep Belos from getting to Earth. She knew that at some point, the letters that she would send her Mom would soon drain up, but she was the optimist believing that she could find a way back home before her mother had the chance to worry.
Amity scanned the woman Luz was hugging. “Who is that, Luz?”
Luz looked back at the young witch her smile shining brighter than before. “This is my Mom, Amity.”
Her mother gave a smile, but it was more forced given the circumstances. Amity’s thoughts spiraled out of control. “My future mother-in-law?” she asked.
“What was that?”
Amity quickly caught herself. “Um, your mother and my mother in the same room.”
Luz’s eyebrow peaked. “Why are you here, Mom?”
Emperor Belos interrupted the reunion disgracefully. “Yes, why don’t you tell my grandchild why you are here, Camila?”
The room grew quiet with not even the sound of a pin dropping on the floor could spur any response. Luz eyed Belos sternly. “Grandchild? What are you getting at?”
“My, Camila, you kept this secret about yourself successfully hidden for years?” Belos asked again.
“Mom, please, tell me what is going on.”
Camila sighed. She exhaled sharply now looking at her feet in deep shame. “Luz, you love the Good Witch Azura books, don’t you?”
Luz nodded. “Me and Amity both; we bonded over them.”
“What if I were to tell you that there is some truth to those books?”
Luz couldn’t understand what her mother was saying at first, but it did slowly start to dawn on her. “Are you saying that you’re Azura?”
Camila snickered a bit and shook her head. “No, no; Azura is a fictional character...but I did use creative liberties when it came with writing the books.”
The thought that the events of the books, regardless of whether they came about as fictious stretches of the actual events, crossed Luz’s mind. “Why did Belos call me his grandchild?”
Camila sighed. “When I was around your age, I found myself in the demon realm much like you – I can’t for the life of me remember how if it was through some door or other means – but I was a foreigner in a world that discriminated against humans.”
Luz listened carefully not noticing that Odalia was singling for her daughter to be taken away.
“One day, Emperor Belos discovered me with some old scraps of metal and trash and decided to adopt me for reasons I did not understand at the time. He told me that humans were unable to practice magic on the Boiling Isles because of them lacking the bile sac necessary for it, so he placed a bit of his evil, dark magic into my body and took me as a protégé.”
“So that was why I was able to see those glyphs?” Luz asked.
“After being trained under him for some time, he told me of the Day of Unity. It was some weird, cultish holiday I had initially taken it. But I soon found out what intentions he had for the Earth, and I fought against him. With his own magic surging through my veins, I easily overpowered the Emperor and...I might have caused him to be in his current unhealthy state of being because I can sense now that Belos is slowly dying.”
Luz saw discarded palisman carcasses around Belos’ throne. “Was that why you wanted me to stop being obsessed with fantasy books and magic?”
Camila nodded her head. “It was a selfish thing for me to do, but I wanted to protect you from the knowledge that such a world existed.” She looked at her feet again likely fearful of meeting her daughter’s eyes. “That was why I was hopeful that the trip would remove that desire so you would never come to this world.”
Luz didn’t know what to say after being given such a bombshell. Her mom knew about the Boiling Isles because she had been there at some point only to somehow escape once things got sour. Now she learned that Belos took her mother in and how she was now his granddaughter. She had his malevolent magic flowing through her body. Her heart was pumping his unholy blood into her veins and through her bloodstream. It made considerable sense because, as was explained to her by Eda years ago, humans could not practice magic.
“Luz?” Camila asked.
Luz was still speechless and incapable of reaction. Belos laughed again and tapped Camila’s forehead with the staff. “I was hoping that I could take your daughter in and have her as a protégé to turn her against you, but that plan went awry.”
He glared at Warden Wrath. “Take her to the execution site.”
Warden Wrath shook his head and grabbed a hold of Camila. Camila’s legs shook but were heavily weighed down by the shackles. “Luz!”
Luz tried to run after Warden Wrath, but Odalia shot a blue stream at Luz; it ripped into the floor dividing it in half. “No wrong step, or I will slice you in two as well.”
“Mom!” Luz shouted. She shot daggers from her eyes at Belos. “Unhand her at once!”
Belos shook his head. “The sins of the past must be made to pay for.” He exited the throne room before turning around once he reached the exit behind the beating heart of the Titan. “I’ll have my master take it from here.”
Nyarlathotep, once more in his Black Pharaoh guise, approached the girl. “Hello once again, Luz.”
“It’s you!” Luz shouted and pointing her finger at accusingly. “Was this all your idea!?”
“I’m not a man who has pre-made plans just hanging there collecting dust,” Nyarlathotep said with a half-serious tone. “Odalia, give her the Necronomicon.”
Odalia’s eyes shot up. “Lord Nyarlathotep, why would-”
“That is an order,” Nyarlathotep replied. His voice went down a couple octaves.
Shaking, Odalia handed the Necronomicon to the human girl and made her leave. Luz had a weird feeling about this. “What game is this?”
“When you are literally older than time itself, it’s always best to play a game to take a load off your mind,”  Nyarlathotep answered.
Nyarlathotep snapped his fingers. Above him was a column wherein a trap door opened. From there, she could see a large, glass cage descending. She squinted her eyes to make out the figures. Eda, King, and Lilith were inside. At the side of the cage was Hypnos, once more in his youthful appearance, flowers and all. He held the piece of horn in his hand.
“Eda!” Luz proclaimed.
Eda looked up happy to hear her apprentice’s voice. “Kid, you made it!”
King and Lilith also turned their glances to Luz. King jumped up and down much like how a dog does whenever they are happy to see their owner come back. Lilith smiled as well, but it was a small one. Luz slammed against the cage’s walls. “Youch!” Luz rubbed her injured nose with her hands. “You guys are alive?”
“Nyarlathotep took us as prisoners and had us as bargaining chips for you,” Lilith explained.
“Well, don’t worry, I’ll have you out lickety split!”
“Wait, Luz!” Eda screamed.
Luz smashed her fist on the glass only for it to bounce back. Thinking, Luz looked into the bag to find something she could use to break the cage. She scribbled glyphs on paper and activated them, but it only made the magical glass stronger. Luz turned to her bag again this time drawing out the jar containing the shoggoth. She tossed it at the cage, but, like with the other objects she tried to use, it rebounded and skyrocketed off the glass. It shot across the room and exited out the door when Kikimora opened it.
“Luz, you can’t break the glass; we all tried to break it ourselves, but there’s no use,” Eda said at last.
“There has to be something..” Luz lamented.
“Aye, there is a way, my dear,” Nyarlathotep answered.
“Why should I trust you?” Luz asked in a matter-of-fact way.
“The glass can either be broken two ways; either I can use my powers to free the three captives, or an Elder God can destroy it.”
“Well, I want you to free them!” Luz declared.
Nyarlathotep held his finger up. “Quid pro quo, my dear, quid pro quo.”
“Squid pro what?” Luz reiterated.
“I will free them and you will all go on to live happy lives if you gave me the book.”
Luz held the demonic book between her arms. “But I can’t just give the book over to someone like you.”
“Why not?”
“Because you’re evil; I know somehow you were responsible for the attack on the Earth; a lot of people could die if I gave you this book.”
“Are a million lives more important to you than the lives of your mentor; her sister; and your pet?”
“I am not a pet!” King remarked.
Nyarlathotep ignored the demon and kept speaking. “It would be an unfortunate occasion if they were ripped away from you.”
“Nyarlathotep, before you do your business with the three captives, do allow me the opportunity to give this demon his horn back.”
Nyarlathotep looked at the Elder God with suspicion, but flicked his hand. “At least he should be presentable before dying I presume.”
Nyarlathotep snapped his fingers allowing a small hole to form in the wall. Hypnos slipped the horn into the hole and it resealed after he removed his hand. Eda eyed the horn piece with curiosity. “It looks like it’s the size of your horn, King.”
She dropped the horn in King’s lap and he sniffed it. “Feels like it; smells like it to...how did I lose it again?”
He shrugged and dropped it over the crack of his horn. Before he could say anything further, the missing horn piece slipped in like a jigsaw puzzle. A green light glowed around the horn acting as an adhesive glue. In a flash, everything became crystal clear to King as his memories came blasting in at full force. An overtaking sensation. It all came flashing at once: the woman. The large, bat-like monstrosity with the one, three-lobed, bulging eye. The screams. And the smoky vapor – now he could perceive that it materialized together to form the appearance of a man. A tall man wearing a dark cloak. One who was bereft of any strand of hair and his skin darker than the darkest night. The green orb came out from a spell circle the hideous man drew. His mouth was stretched inhumanly widely into a twisted, ghastly grin.
“Well, what do we have here?” he asked.
King sprawled on the floor of the cage sweat beads rolling down his skull head. He retched but nothing came up. Panic was building within him writhing in anguish for release. He looked at Nyarlathotep with complete hatred. “You were the one who killed my Mom, weren’t you?”
Nyarlathotep looked at him with an amused smile. “You have to be more specific than that, child; I may be eternal, but that doesn’t mean I have an internal memory box that catalogues every individual scream.”
Luz gripped the Necronomicon with anger. “So you killed King’s mother and cursed him?” She looked at the despairing demon. “And you decided to take it as a memento to remember your kill?”
Nyarlathotep shrugged. “As I have said, I cannot be held to remember every one of my little endeavors.”
Nyarlathotep snapped his fingers again. This time, the top of the cage opened with a gush of running water dropping down. Eda and the others were not too freaked out in that moment, but they could quickly see that the more water flowing into their cell, it was accumulating quickly and already taking the shape of the cage. They looked at Nyarlathotep who in turn gave them a look of humor. They banged their fists against the cage’s walls, but it only rebounded on them.
“Nyarlathotep! Stop this nonsense!” Luz yelled. “You’ll drown them.”
“I will free them,” Nyarlathotep promised, “but you will have to give me the Necronomicon in return.”
“And how do I know that you won’t go against your promise?” Luz asked reasonably. It made sense for her to doubt the Crawling Chaos’ claims, but in her peripheral vision, she saw that the water was already up Lilith and Eda’s waists. King jumped on top of Eda’s head to keep his body dry, but this had the negative effect of pushing Eda deeper into the rushing water.
“I’m afraid that they don’t have long for this world, Luz.”
Eda and Lilith were up to their necks. “I always thought it would end by some overdose on potion,” Eda lamented.
Concern was in Lilith’s eyes, but she chuckled at the dark joke. “That’s my Edalyn, alright.”
Luz found herself in internal conflict. She truly wanted to save the three roommates she had, but she couldn’t just hand a book of such cosmic power to the bad guy. Nyarlathotep seemed to read her mind when he spoke again.
“I feel that you think that if something were to befall your teacher, you would be lost in the world.”
Luz squinted. “What?”
“If you were to give the book to me, I will make you my personal protégé; you will learn about all the secrets of this world and truly become the most powerful witch on the Boiling Isles. Leagues above your mentor, and even Belos himself. You can reign by my side as I destroy this world and remake it befitting to our image. The universe and the gods themselves will look at you in favor and you would never have the need to want again. Is that a deal?”
Luz could admit that Nyarlathotep’s deal did have a kernel of her interest. Knowledge over everything could come in handy. While she did love Eda dearly, Eda was at a loss now because of her magic being at an all-time low. Maybe with Nyarlathotep’s help, she could learn a way of curing Eda of her curse and subsequently return her back to her previous state. As she thought, she took another glance at the cage now taken aback. The three captives were completely submerged in the water and were desperately hitting the walls of the cage in hopes of breaking them. Liquid was filling their lungs, cutting their oxygen supply sharply. They moved their legs back and forth in a fishy motion. Yet for every strike and punch they could muster, the cage’s walls jiggled back from the brunt force.
Luz turned to Nyarlathotep. “No; I refuse.”
Before Nyarlathotep’s eyes, Luz flipped the Necronomicon over revealing several fire glyphs on the back. Nyarlathotep’s eyes bulged from their sockets. “Mortal, please reconsider!”
Luz took another glance at Eda and the others and saw that their movements were screeching to a halt and they sunk towards the ground of the cage. Luz had made her decision. She slammed her hand on the back of the Necronomicon, and it erupted in flames.
“No!” Nyarlathotep screamed.
The flames licked the ancient, crisp pages of the Necronomicon and exploded. A shrill hiss filled the air to indicate that the malevolent spirit lurking in the pages of the banned book was dying. Dark green, eldritch smoke crawled out of the embers of the fire and ascended skyward. Luz heard the pages crackle and pop reminding her of the sweet smell of fresh popcorn like the kind you could get at movie theaters. With one final death throe, the Necronomicon crumbled into a heap of ashes.
Luz looked at Nyarlathotep spitefully. “You have lost, Nyarlathotep.”
Instead of seeing his hurt, irritated face, Nyarlathotep was once more smiling. He chuckled deeply from the darkest, deepest regions of his stomach. He held his hands over the burning heap that was once the Necronomicon and absorbed a black light that suddenly appeared. He grew larger with his arms and legs becoming more muscular and pronounced. His abdomen became gargantuan as well to accentuate his broad shoulders. No more did he resemble a human, even if a crude mockery of one. He was now a hulking monster with rows upon rows of sharp, jagged teeth.
A wave of dark power rocked Emperor Belos’ throne room and empire. It shattered the glass cage containing Eda, Lilith and King, and they were washed out on the floor. Eda coughed up the water in a wheeze. “That was close.”
Before she said anything else, she saw Nyarlathotep tower before them. Alerted, she looked at Luz. “Kid, did you destroy the book or not?”
“Yes, Eda, I did, but...something came up that I did not anticipate.”
The ceiling shook and debris started to sprinkle down. From the point of origin, the dark wave of evil magic wreaked havoc through the Isles due to its intensity. Many of the imperial guards were caught in the wave and effortlessly disintegrated. Buildings and houses crumbled from their destroyed foundations compelling the denizens to evacuate from their houses lest they were the casualties. Emperor Belos hid away alongside Kikimora.
“Sire, what happened!?” Kikimora asked.
“It is nothing to be concerned about, Kiki,” Emperor Belos replied. He eyed his throne room. “So it did work as planned.”
Nyarlathotep cackled his deep, monotonous voice shaking the floor. “It has been a thousand years, but it was completely worth it!”
Luz couldn’t comprehend what had happened. “But..but I destroyed the Necronomicon; you saw it.”
“I had already overseen the notion that you would refuse to rule by my side, but the good thing about it is that even if you accepted, it wouldn’t have mattered. I would still have reclaimed the powers that I lost. Even if you destroyed the book, that would entail that my powers would be returned to me either way.”
Luz looked down. “Then it is truly hopeless.”
Nyarlathotep raised his large scepter. “Before I lay waste to this world, I did promise Boscha that I would humor her little battle with your friend; may as well set the stage for it.”
“I’ll find a way to stop you,” Luz declared. It was a heat of the moment thing, but she truly did mean it.
Nyarlathotep chuckled. “After Boscha wins, I guess I’ll honor my deal with Belos and destroy the Earth for good measure.”
With that, Nyarlathotep transformed into a black wind and swirled out of the throne room cackling his head off.

22nd of Hearthfire, Middas
I have never considered the Redoran to be a particular deceptive House. My respect for playing the game when few other Houses considered them capable.
Yet what they have done, even just that small contingent, is beyond mere reproach.
After I joined up with Naryu and Veya and learned more, it came out that Verya was actually Naryu’s apprentice.
I can see why. There is some personality resemblance between Veya and Naryu back in her younger days. I am sure that seeing a younger version of herself she was happy to take on the role of mentor.
All I can say is, I am glad that it is not me. Can you imagine? Me? With an apprentice?
Boethiah’s breasts and bullocks, what a disaster that would be!
All of that aside, it turns out that the group of Velothi I was warned off was not at all Velothi. They were not even Dunmer! More of those Khajiit mercenaries.
Veya explained that her brother was very close to the Velothi that had made their home in the same encampment. Suddenly things were beginning to make sense.
So Veya’s brother was exiled for killing one of his mer, who was likely threatening the Velothi people. Honestly, he does sound as much of an upstanding mer as everyone says he is. At least someone in prominence is looking out for the Velothi.
Well... was. I supposed he was somewhere else now.
So we decided to try and investigate, for as Veya explained, this was the Zainab camp and their yurts were still in place, even if the only people we saw were the Warclaw mercenaries.
I asked if Naryu and Veya had a plan and was told that as members of the Morag Tong, they were not allowed to get involved. No writ, no ability to start taking lives otherwise. Veya seemed particularly frustrated by this, so I reassured them that I would be their proxy and I would learn what I could and if lives needed to be taken, I would do so in their stead, still in our Prince’s name.
So they stayed out of sight and I went ahead and snuck into the camp.
It was far easier than expected, I rarely had to use my shadows at all and easily was able to slip between the tents and I was able to easily pluck Redoran orders to the Warclaws and even find one of the wise woman that had been held hostage.
She was able to verify that they were, in fact, Zainab. She also confirmed that Ulran had come to be with them once he was exiled for saving the life of several of the tribesmer.
When I asked what had happened to the rest of the tribe, she said that most of them had been rounded up and thrown into the mine for resisting captivity. One of the mercenaries had the key, but she told me where they kept their backup key in the board of a small table and I promised her by True Tribunal that I would do whatever I could to free her people and to kill those responsible.
She thanked me and asked me to make sure that the leader in particular was made to pay.
With her blessing, I decided there was no more need to hold back and once I had the key securely in my possession, I slay every soul that lay between myself and the mine, taking special care to see that their leader was brought to justice.
I normally would have attempted to make it a more painful death, to share the suffering that he caused ninefold. Yet I was eager to free the Velothi prisoners and reunite Veya and Ulran. I figured if we were to get to the bottom of the Redoran conspiracy, he would be the key.
As I approached the mine, I overheard two of the mercenaries talking while I crept behind them, blades drawn. They had been given leave to dispose of everyone in the mine by the captain, who I can only assume meant the Redoran captain. I did not even spend the time to kill those two, merely hit them with poisoned needles and rushed on, now with the threat of death far greater, I needed to rescue everyone before the Warclaws succeeded.
As I opened the door to the mine, I could already smell smoke. I wrapped a cloth round my face as I ran, hurrying towards the smell. If I could save anyone at all, I was going to do so. I swore by Azura’s guiding stars that I would lay down as many of my lives as it took, if I could save even one soul.
Yet as I reached the back room of the mine, my heart sank. A cold, sick feeling settled in my throat as I gazed upon my failure.
So many lives. So many innocent lives.
And among the bodies, I could clearly make out the body of Ulran. We were too late.
The room was silent and still. the only sound was my own pulse thrumming in my ears.
Then I heard Veya asking Naryu about the smell, I turned, trying to stop them, even as I heard Naryu, in recognition of the same smell, trying to stop Veya from entering.
It was too late for that too. And she all too easily recognized her brother’s corpse.
Her heart-wrenching cries as she screamed for her brother to wake up were almost more than I could bear. I knew that feeling, too. And I could not help but be brought back to that Daedric ruin, the scent of fresh blood, Avon’s begging for us both to stop, Ervis’ body sliding off of my sword to the ground, eyes still glaring at me, wishing for my death.
I can imagine what it feels like to lose a brother you care so deeply for. To wish you could do something, anything to take it all back.
Naryu pulled me aside and we agreed that it was awful that Veya had to see all of this. And we wondered what it was that we could to help Veya get the answers that she certainly would need more now than ever.
Then I spotted a small object on the ground. It was some sort of small rock, but out of place with the stone of the mine. I picked it up and Naryu came to see what it was. She recognized it instantly as a Nord speaking stone, a sort of memory recording device. I had seen others, though of Dunmeri make, and as soon as she said as much, I realized how foolish I was not to have seen it at once.
Naryu activated it and an image of Ulran began to speak.
Even in his last moments, the one thing he wanted was to give his sister answers. It was exactly as an older brother should do. He explained that one of his soldiers had been harassing a group of Velothi, who rumor had it were being belligerent in town. When Ulran had told the man to stand down, the soldier had slayed one of the Velothi. When Ulran tried to reprimand him, he approached another of the Velothi, sword raised. In order to stop the slaying, he turned to the only option available to him, and killed his own man.
The repercussions of the action were that he was brought before the Council and exiled, even before having a chance to say farewell to Veya. He also said he suspected that he was set up by someone in the House, though he did not know who. The Velothi had taken him in, but then Captain Brivan had shown up with soldiers. He had made the recording just in case things happened. It was sadly prophetic of him to assume it may be his last message.
Veya was enraged. Partially from the grief of her brother being gone and part for the role her own House played in the affair. I agreed with her, as did Naryu, that he did not deserve to die. That he was a good man, upstanding, and followed his convictions to the end.
She cursed that quality if it was what got him killed and swore vengeance. I knew that rage and I knew what it could bring. If the Morag Tong were not allowed to involve themselves without a writ, surely this would be far worse. After all, the reason why myself and others of the Houses’ prominent families are generally barred admission, is because of the conflict of interest it poses. You cannot be impartial if you have loyalties or grudges with various Houses. This was clearly a personal grudge and one that the Morag Tong would not look lightly at.
Naryu cursed Ulran for putting so much pressure on Veya when she was already hurting, though she agreed that it seemed like a set up. I agreed.
We decided we needed to get to the bottom of things. Naryu cursed the fact that it meant going up against House Redoran without a writ to protect them. I said I understood, Redoran was the House my own was most closely connected with and if I was found to be working against them, it could start a House war between our closest ally.
Even still, I agreed to help. I had come this far and since I had failed to protect the majority of the Zainab tribe, the least I could do was to see that they were not blamed for some House scheme. I would protect them as best as I could from within the House political system. If I learned more about the rumors of a Nerevarine in the interim, that would be a bonus.
We all headed back to the safe house and pondered our next move. Naryu suggested that we make sure that the Councilmer know the truth of his son’s death and we decided that it would be best for it to come written in Veya’s hand so that he would believe us.
Then, so that their safety could be maintained, I agreed to deliver the message to Councilor Eris. Naryu lent me some clothing she had in the Redguard style and I made liberal use of the veil. I padded out undergarments to make myself wider and hunched in my shoulders. I adapted my gait and slowed my movements, then slipped out.
I gave myself a slight limp and when I had finally convinced my way in to meet with the Councilor, I spoke with a slight lisp. I explained that I came with news of his children. It was enough to get his attention. He asked if his daughter had been found and I said the news concerned his son.
He seemed rather surprised, since he was under the impression his son was no longer on Vvardenfell at all. I broke the news gently that his son was killed in a raid by his own captain upon the Zainab camp. He found this hard to believe. So I gave him the letter from Veya and said she had sent me to bring it after she had seen it for herself and that I was to make sure he got the news.
Understandably, he was shaken as he read the contents and knew the handwriting to be Veya’s own.
He asked if I could do him a favor, which I agreed to. It took him a while to come to a decision, but after visibly wrestling with his options, he asked if I could make sure that Veya stayed away until everything settled down. That he would do his best to contain the chaos. He asked me to ensure that she was safe. He even paid me to do so.
I bowed formally and told him I would do my best and then I left. Ashur spotted me, seemed a bit surprised and then made a hand signal for me to meet up three blocks up ahead.  I made sure to go down an alley and turn invisible to make sure that no one was tracking me. I did not want to be followed and lead anyone back to the last remaining safety that Veya and Naryu possessed. Then, I removed my outer garments and tucked them round the stomach before going to meet Ashur just up the road.
After a brief conversation, it turns out that Naryu had a business matter to see to and that he was struggling to help comfort Veya and asked if I might be of assistance. I agreed and we headed back to the safe house.
When we first arrived, it was clear how upset Veya was. Not just about her brother, but also about not being allowed to go with Naryu. It was worse than Ashur had said.
I sang a song which helped her to fall asleep. I know it will not last long, but when so many things have happened, sometimes even a short rest can be healing. I know she will wake soon and I need to be prepared, a rest will mean she will also have more energy. I just wish there was more that I could do for her. I will just have to try my best.

This female was the best breeding partner the feral warrior could ask for. Seemingly showing how he has taken a liking to her by violently rearranging her guts with powerful movement of his hips. Each movement followed by guttural sounds escaping his mouth. Since the female displayed ability and endurance that made her able to handle the brutal treatment, the feral saiyan would not ever think about searching a different female to breed.
However, after another five sets of ruthless pounding, it came to a stop. All because the pregnant woman would be forced up by the brute and lifted. Her legs apart from one another as he shoved his dick inside. Seemingly having no issue to produce enough strength to still giving the ruthless pounding he has been giving her since the beginning.

The very day the darkness arrived on Earth, was the day Vasili died. It would be centuries before he is revived, getting ambushed in the process of it. An Awoken Titan named Pherhaa would save Vasili and help get him to the Vanguard tower, buying him a ship from Amanda. While it was kind of a piece of junk, meaning it could fly orbital and nothing more, she wanted to help push the new Guardian in the right direction.
She would then oversee and make sure that Vasili could fight on his own and obtain a warp drive for his ship before leaving him to his own devices. As of current you can find Vasili wandering the Dreaming City with anger in his heart about the loss of his lover.

Vasili, the two of the most strongest and stubborn ones of his entire personality. ➺ Vasili is a teddy bear, he still carries that father like attitude while off duty, and while on the field the Warlock is silent and swift. He is one to jump in front of his allies and throw down his healing rift and take the onslaught of bullets, than to let them outright take the damage. The Warlock is also quite inquisitive, though that is also a silent notion. However his Ghost shares that same sense of curiosity, though he is much vocal about his. This eccentric Warlock is a shameless flirt towards the Reef Prince, and has this attraction towards him, knowing Uldren would like to kill any and all guardians at a first glance. Despite being a Warlock, Vasili will make quite a few "monk" jokes (imagine Monk Gyatso from atla). Yet he still values and upholds as much Warlock traditions as he can, holding a great loyalty to it. He will come off as pure dumbass, but I promise if you ask the right questions he will give away just how smart he is. He does have a huge personality change after Forsaken, and built up a harsher tone, along with occasional sparks emitting from his hands because he can’t find his balance anymore. (/HandhimtheCrowandeverythingwillbefine-)
➺ In Forsaken Vasili is on the hunt to stop Verana and Julie from killing Uldren; Violence only breeds more violence. Ultimately he fails, and it sends him into a depression as he had broken a Warlock promise. He then spends the next year attempting to fix what Mara and Uldren did to the Dreaming City, only leaving the Reef to get more supplies, and to help Eris on the Moon when everyone is redeployed. ➺ Regrettably, in Shadowkeep, Vasili does whatever Eris asks for him, despite him not exactly forgiving him for her mistreatment during the war against the Taken King. After he retrieves the Unknown Artifact from the Pyramid, Vasili immediately goes back to the Dreaming City, leaving his fireteam to take care of the rest of the issues on the Moon.
Other: Current Faction: New Monarchy (before they were all disbanded) Ship:  Shader: Frumious Blue Sparrow: Athena Victorious (And Alpine Dash) Emblem: Ennead Voice HC: Matthew Mercer but with a Russian accent
* HE SPEAKS BROKEN ENGLISH AND I DO PORTRAY THAT, I APOLOGIZE IF IT ANNOYS YOU, IT JUST HELPS ME STAY IN CHARACTER FOR HIM*
Fun facts: ➺ Vasili's story heavily relates to the campaign's guardian's story ➺ Vasili's main fireteam consists of a Titan named Thor and a Hunter named Julie ➺ His first fireteam was with a Warlock named Luke and a Titan named Paradox-13 ➺ If Thor is away, his team consists of Julie and Vynl ➺ Pherhaa whom is a titan, is the only guardian he does not actively stay on a fireteam with, but was his first friend he made at the Tower.
➺ Funny enough, Pherhaa is his half sister, but neither know it.
➺ He met his fire team on the day the Vanguard sent the double team to the moon to destroy Crota's soul. ➺ Vasili does not remember what his name is and truly believed it was Guardian for the first few months of being revived. ➺ After the battle of Oryx Vasili took a Vow of Silence in hopes to find his own enlightenment in regards to healing himself, though he breaks it after Verana vows to kill Uldren. ➺ Vasili's scar began to grow because of the Taken Energy as soon as he lost his light, and you can see the Taken scar while in the Ascendant Realm. (Not exactly a canon thing and I recognize this, but consider this: First taken Guardian- it’s a fun idea to play with, don’t mind this/you can ignore this.) ➺ Vasili did not pull the trigger on Uldren, and in Our (Rose, Julie and Vee) rendition of that ending, Vasili was never holding a gun to Uldren in the first place. ➺ Cayde's and Uldren's phantoms follow Vasili towards the end of Shadow Keep

180: here
Dawn in Holamayan, and the acolytes' chant echoed through the chapel, calling upon Azura to watch over them and lend her blessing to the new day. Dawn, too, in the library, but if Azura was watching, she kept it to herself. Perhaps, like the other residents of the monastery, she had the discretion to give its current occupants some privacy. There was a softly breathing tangle of limbs among the cushions. Grey and gold, mingled and indistinguishable in the colourless dark. Not sleeping, not quite. Now and again, an arm would shift, draw closer. A name would be passed, carefully, from mouth to mouth, as if it might slip away between and be lost.
Despite the nebulous haze of the hour, and all external appearances to the contrary, Iriel was blissfully aware of his own individuality. Like Anu, I sundered myself that I might know myself. That I might define my limits and shape my own soul. He'd been reborn into light. Magelight, spilling like pale sunbeams from his barely-there fingertips, merging into a soft core at his chest, as his body condensed around it, recalling its forms and functions, aided by his lover's hands. Love isn't union. It's the weight of his thigh on mine, it's the shifting sweetness of skin on skin, the borders of lands longing for trespass. It's my hand on his neck, and the desperate pulse there; the blood of a heart, not mine. Mine. His eyes, tracking my changes from breath to breath. How could I love, if not another? Love is no state, but a motion towards. An exchange, a cycle. Weakness and strength, turn and about, rolling over and under. Sex isn't union. Sex is when you try to merge with someone, and then, gloriously, can't. And every detail of difference becomes heightened, electric, and you throw yourself at it, try to lose yourself, push past the edge of it, until for one red moment you think you succeed, but it's an illusion, and seconds later you're back, breath knocked out of you, fallen from a great height out of the divine, conscious of separation and void and the inadequacies of words beyond skin... but maybe, if you're lucky, you dragged them down with you. His light had faded now, barely a gleam remaining. He remained. So what if I'm just light, all surface? Our perceptions define everything. What matters is the light others see reflected from me. It doesn't matter to them what's underneath, doesn't matter if bones or mushrooms or nothing at all. If my perceptions aren't real then let me choose theirs, instead. Choose and cherish the people who project their goodness and beauty on to me, so I might shine with it, and reflect it back. Choose to believe in it, try to live up to it. It's as real as anything else about me. "How many moles did I have on my left shoulderblade?" he murmured. Breathy laughter from Julan. "Are you testing me?" "No, I'm testing me. I don't know if I got everything right." More laughter, sleepily affectionate. "What're you on about now?" "It was all gone. I had to remake it. And I knew if I started changing things, I'd never stop, never decide, and it'd be too late. So I had to be the same. It was the only way. But I still might have made mistakes." "I like you the same." Julan was all amiable incomprehension, tenderly tracing the Daedra-nail scars down Ire's back. "I like the mistakes, too." "I know. The scars were the easiest part to remember." He felt Julan's hand move up his neck, stroke the silky wisps on his scalp. Ire caressed the arm, kissing it where it passed near his lips. "I almost made my hair long again," he admitted. "But... it'll grow. I shouldn't cheat. Perhaps I'm even getting used to keeping it short." Julan's fingers, returning downwards via Ire's collarbone, had stopped moving at a point on his shoulder, where his skin's texture changed. Where it roughened, dimpled and rippled like sea-tossed driftwood. Iriel lay motionless, as Julan followed the unfamiliar marks down his arm. Where the flames from the torch had surged up his shirtsleeve, before they'd forced him to the floor. Perhaps he won't-- "I wish you hadn't kept this one." He has. "I'm sorry," Iriel whispered. "I had to. I had to keep everything. I couldn't just vanish it, but... perhaps it'll fade, on its own." I don't think suffering ever granted me strength or enlightenment, but... whatever else it gave me, and however else it changed me, I survived. I'm still here, still breathing. My possibilities are still intact. Not every possibility I might ever have had, but... enough. There are so many. Ones I might never have seen, before. Whatever I have now, I'm starting from here. Whatever I have tomorrow... whatever we have... we'll start from there again, too. He felt Julan's hands, mapping his marred skin, memorising its new contours. Until they slowed, and suddenly clamped around his back, pulling him in. A sharp intake of breath against his neck. Vivec's love was the return from astral destiny. Mine is nothing so lofty, but... Julan's sobs were coming slow and uneven. Past grief or joy, only jagged lumps of tension breaking from him, like rocks from a coastal cliff. Ire held him tighter still. "It's all right," he said. "I'm here now, I promise. I'm here." next: 181: communication previous: 179: i beginning: 1: numb

@shatteredminds asked:
Azura had a strange urge today, one to make a grand feast with sweet treats of all kinds. She didn't know why she has this urge but something is telling her that today is something that requires such things to be made.
So she went on her way, baking a large amount of sweets and a feast to feed at least a small sized army twenty times over. Recipes being used from the empire days with even more meat, herbs and spices that she did another universe travel to get from her universe. As for the sweets, their recipes are ones from all over her universe that she has written down.
It was getting much easier to do so as her body got used to it, she no longer felt super fatigued which made her want to see if she could traverse between her and Kefla's universe's with Kefla himself... if he aloud it and wanted to of course.
As the things that could be left alone cooked she would duck into the shadows and grab the final product of her latest creation, a pair of gauntlets that turned into inconspicuous bracelets. Of course she had made plenty of variations and tested them all before settling on one, that one design was tested over and over till every kink and bug was gone.
She would put the bracelets in a one of those velvet lined boxes that jewelry is put in when you buy it at a high end store before going to work on decorating the cake she had baked while the other things cooled down.
She is incredibly focused on what she's doing, hyper focused on doing what the urge was telling her to do for the man she loves.
Tumblr media
Kefla is walking around for no real reason. It has been a long time since he has walked just to walk. It has been a long time since these well-deserved walks were not extra work for the warrior. A cigarette in his mouth, that slowly diminishes as Kefla absorbs the toxic product into his body. Although the cigarette has no effect on him. No toxic product for that matter, he can likewise drink the most toxic poison and there will be no effect on him. His ultra-active and powerful metabolism would have gotten rid of the harmful substance in one bite.
His phone rings suddenly in the right pocket of his black jeans, he hastens to take it out and unlocks it with his energy. No reaction when he notices that his phone wishes him a happy birthday. Today is his birthday. He isn't even surprised that he forgot it again. That's why his daughters had forced him to write the date of his creation day in the phone. He smiles as he thinks of his daughters, who has grown into people who will make any father extremely proud.
He decides to call his youngest daughter, Alicia. A girl with blond hair and a very friendly personality. But she has a strong character, which is a good thing. People hesitate before saying anything wrong to her. His daughter picks up the phone, and so the conversation begins. Of course, she didn't forget her birthday compared to him. It lasts 15 minutes until they decide to end the conversation.
With a smile still on his face, he calls his other daughter. A girl named Azara with uncommon intelligence. Snow colored hair and a strong personality. She is not afraid to say what is on her mind. She owns a martial arts dojo and business seems to be going well. She has more than 1,000 students. Just like Alicia, she hasn't forgotten that today is his birthday. The conversation lasts longer than the one he had with Alicia. He has more in common, but that doesn't mean that he gets along with Azara more than with Alicia. After 45 minutes, the conversation ends.
He puts his phone in the right pocket of his black jeans and notices that his cigarette is finished. He lets the cigarette fall to the ground and crushes it, then goes to the house where he lives, which he shares with Azura. Before he even sees the door of the house, he can smell the different smells of food coming from the house. She seems to know that today is her birthday, which makes the warrior confused.
He is sure he never said when his birthday was because he didn't even remember it. Curiosity gets the better of him, and he hurries to the house. He closes the door behind him and goes to the kitchen, where he notices his wife decorating a cake. The immense amount of food makes his mouth water. It was a feast fit for a king, and he felt loved. A bigger smile comes to life on his face as he walks back to the door to place his brown coat on the rack.
He understands that she does not know that today is his birthday. It is the mark that binds them that makes her react this way. Now he knows that when she loves someone as much as she loves him. She's ready to get the moon. He takes his phone and turns it off. Today, no more work, it's his birthday, and he decides to spend some good time with Azura.
He takes his phone and turns it off. Today, no more work, it's his birthday, and he decides to spend some good time with Azura. He notices the purple boxes and realizes that they are his birthday presents. He can't wait to see what's inside the boxes.

— What a caring woman.
He thinks with a smile that seems to be a real smile. He did not expect such attention from Azura.

(Azura's universe)
Azura sat there smoking one of her specialty made cigarettes made with some of the most poisonous plants on Kao, the ones growing on the island being far more toxic due to the rich magic energy the island has.
It was one of many by the looks of how many ends are in the tray. About four pack worth of ends it would be once she finished this one, light blue smoke being breathed out by the Evolinaa, the scent being that of caramel. After a final puff she put the dead cig out and opened an new pack, sticking out the tip of her tongue a small bud if bluish white flame was on the end, she would use that to light the new cigarette she has before she starts smoking it.
She is covered head to toe in blood, eyes dull and withdrawn. The Evoline instinct... the Vampiric dragon instinct that makes the species kill their false children, it had finally won over. She had killed the children that had been given to her at times unknown, children that she's raised, children that she gave false love too.
Twenty-three of fifty-one children that called her mom were dead, one had herself a child. Rosa who's daughters name is Primrose, Azura had drugged the child so she wouldn't wake up as she killed the only parent she ever knew. Primrose who Azura had in a sense lovingly swaddled the small girl with cat ears, the small girl who was sleeping peacefully in front of the Evoline who killed her mother.
Azura looked like she was having trouble, she had no problems killing her false nest of seven, the false litter of four, nor did she have trouble killing little Andromeda and the feisty little Helsi. So why was she having trouble with this child here?
There was not much reaction when he saw the bodies of many while Azura was smoking. He had no idea what had Azura make something this horrible, but one thing was certain. He was beyond furious. His nose had no trouble picking up on the scent of the drug, even with all this blood assaulting his nose.
He would waste no time in appearing before Azura, throwing his right fist as hard as possible toward her stomach. If such was successful, he would literally grab her by the neck and lift her off the ground.
— Are you fucking serious? What the fuck did they even fucking do for you to kill them? Do you fucking kill anything that moves? Were you about to fucking kill that baby? What the fuck is wrong with you, Azura?
I thought you were better than this, but do you realize that you're worse than fucking Ragnar with this? You killed the people you raised as your own, and any fucking reason you have will be nothing more than an excuse.
They may not have been her real kids, but this just lacked common sense. Why did she suddenly slaughter the people she had raised since they were babies?
— Is this what you fucking are, a god-damn fucking killing machine. Are you going to fucking kill me as well? I'd like to fucking see you fucking try!
Considering he had his opinion about family, and that he always believed her to be a good mother, but also a foolish woman. For her to destroy the mental picture of her being, at least, someone that could raise children. He has had enough of the nonsense that the troublesome woman happened to be. Everything had been going too well for his taste, and now he understood why.
Azura was someone that he could not know what she would do next. She was too far gone, and after this. It was clear that there was no redemption for this monster.
— I thought you were different, I thought they were wrong, but you're just a fucking god-damn monster like they said! You just kill and kill and kill, that's all you know how to fucking do, literally. I am tired of this shit, I am tired of believing that you are changing only for you to do something like this. Something that makes me regret thinking you have been growing.

"Some self cleaning slots for blood here, multiplicity setting here, holo screen projector there, gem holder and absorption rings here, caster tech there..."
Azura was currently tinkering with something, a pair of devices that she had already carefully soddered the wires needed and was working on the outside, such was originally a pair of normal collapsible vambracers that she had made prior to coming over; the vambracers happned to collapse into bracelets. Six pure mana abortion rings carefully placed in the three open slots of each vambracer and the charge bar would light up, all the way to green before closing over, she had been wearing an absorption ring earlier that had turned red, but such had crumbled under the stress the ki put it under. She had been either chattering or muttering to herself as she worked in them, she just wanted to hang out as she made something new. Currently om the few hour mark to be exact.
Tumblr media
"It's done. This should allow anyone to use the magic in whatever soul cube is put into the slot. Theres a built in self cleaning for if blood magic is involved, there's also a multiplication aspect of the magic that can be adjusted to what is desired, and a self repair ability. They can also automatically adjust to the size of one's forearm, it uses only a bit of mana at a time for the magic hence the charge reader, the caster tech naturally helps with the casting the spells and controling the bagic. All in all this could be good for confusing enemies really, or whatever purpose one could deem it to have."
Yes, she was quite proud of the finished product and considering how many weapons she makes she could be considered an arms dealer if she were to ever sell them. She would fiddle with the one on her wrist, focusing on it and making it turn from bracelet to Vambracer at will.
"Do you want to try it, Kefla?"
The saiyan lifted his eyes to the woman coming up to him with another invention. Listening to her words, having grown to how much she would talk when provided an opportunity. Once again, she proved that her imagination knew no bounds. A tool useless to him since he had no existing mana in his body. Yet, even as he had been around her so often, she asked if he wanted to try something he could not even utilize.
Tumblr media
[— No, thanks. I think I'll pass.]
All considered, this weapon was not made for ki-users like him, and she seemed to have forgotten that he didn't utilize mana to fight like most of the people of this multiverse. Nevertheless, the silliness of Azura. He was curious about how it worked when it was in the hands of someone who could actually utilize it.
[— Show me what it can do, though.]

This time, he doesn't bother to acknowledge his lover, who is watching him from a corner. He just prepares dinner. Spicy rice mixed with salted butter to enhance the spicy taste of the rice and make it more tender while giving it more flavor. There is enough to feed a family of four.
For the meat, it is currently in a pan filled with various spices as well as cooking oil. He adds a pinch of black salt to the meat, then heads to the impressive refrigerator to grab a bottle of ketchup, one of mayonnaise and the last bottle being full of mustard.
He then pours a little ketchup, a little mayonnaise and a little mustard into a blender and activates the machine to start blending everything into a richly flavored and very voluptuous sauce.

The nest was compleate, made blankets and pillows of the softest and highest quality materials one could buy she knew it would feel like sleeping on a cloud; better yet it was big enough for two as she had a certain someone in mind she wants to cuddle with.
Opening her phone she would text the sayan named Kefla.
[Azura]- I've been thinking a lot about you lately and was wondering if you could come over to my place to hang out and cuddle. I miss being in your arms.
With that she would send it and wait for the response, not daring to crawl into the cloud soft nest without him. She felt so safe in his big strong arms, safer then most to say the least, she felt at home in them. Perhaps she should tell the maids? It would only be polite to do so, but she was to excited for the awaiting answer to go tell them; arms holding a pillow from her bed tightly as she peers over it and watches the phone. Naturally she had a shower earlier before making the nest, she disliked getting into them dirty when the sheets and blankets where clean. Even if she was tired for the day, a rarity, she would still wash up.
Kefla looked at the message sent by Azura, and rolled his eyes out of annoyance. She was being really clingy, and that demand to come over to her place to cuddle? It's like she thought they were already together. No, maybe she didn't think, might be she was already certain that they were together. [— We are not a couple, Azura.] That was all he sent back before putting his phone away into the pocket of the white denim jeans he was wearing

Azura peers around a corner, watching the saiyan, wondering if he liked the gift of special clothing she made for him. She was never one to ask someone directly if they liked a gift she'd given them, normally going by their reaction and body language. However, she had sent them to him via the shadows for a reason, because he was somewhere she couldn't go directly.
Lucrium, the fabric the clothing is made if, doubled the max carry weight of the one wearing the articles of clothing made from it. All of her clothes are made of it... well all of them will be made if it once she's able to do so. It was a good thing she had many bolts of high quality Lucrium fabric hidden in her shadow space so she could do so.

He feels like someone is watching him, and it is not difficult to understand who is the person in question. He stops what he is doing to rotate his head toward the woman.

[ GAZE ] sender & receiver stargaze -Azura
Tumblr media
He did not exactly care to look up at stars, since he was often traveling in the cold vacuum of space. He was not even into scientific stuff. That was something he left for his daughter, Azara; who had taken a lot from her Tsufruien mother. But, he supposed indulging her in what she wanted to do would not be much of an issue. So, here he was with the smaller woman pressed against him while they were watching stars lying in a field of flowers. It was actually relaxing to just do this, something that did not ask his focus. Something he could just chill and enjoy without having to put any thoughts into it. He needed to relax more frequently, but he did not feel like it was a good idea to do it that much. Time did not wait for anyone. He was not even certain all that he was currently doing would amount to reaching his goal.
He had a feeling he should be training a lot more, doing for exercise to get stronger. That he should discover or make more destructive and powerful moves. It actually sounded attractive to make some new moves for battle. The moves he had made in the past were powerful, but moves with higher power would not really be something he would have an issue having. But, doing that when he was supposed to be focused on the moment would be unfair to Azura. So, he decided to put that idea for another day and continue to enjoy the relaxing sight with the clumsy woman pressed against him.
— Thanks for showing me this. I never took the time to see how beautiful the stars were.
There was nothing wrong with taking the time to relax. Yes, training to get stronger was a must, but training and training without doing anything else. That did not sound like the lifestyle he wanted for himself. He was not even that interested in fighting anyone or proving he was stronger. He just disliked losing and had too many foes after him. So, losing would mean dying. Dying was unacceptable, regardless of who he was against.

Shadows push a stack of two bins towards the saiyan, a note in the handwriting of Azura stuck to it says-
To Kefla
From Azura
I don't understand this holiday known as Valentines day. I don't beleave that something that love should be monopolized with petty gifts like flowers which will just end up dying.
As such I made you some clothing from the same durable fabric that all the clothing of my species is made from with the exception of undergarments.
I hope you like them.
Inside the bins are many different pairs of clothing on the style Kefla likes with colors she's seen him wearing to make any outfit. Ranging from formal to casual, their are also shoes as well.
To put them on he might be able to tell that their weighted, heavier then what his current max weight he can lifts but not so much that he's unable to move. The clothing is form fitting and breathable, if he is to put on more he would be able to tell that the weight never changes, that the fabric seems to know how much extra weight he can carry without being immobilized.
Thoughts of the upcoming journey wandered through his mind, appearing in the blackness of his vision and making him feel ill with anxiety. It wasn't as though he didn't trust himself to overcome the following day, but rather, he remained worried about whatever would happen if he decided to stop letting him do as he pleased. If he decided that he was better dead than alive. He was a threat Kefla could not ignore at his current level. So, he could only hope the bastard would give him more time, much more time to prepare. That was how terrifying that man was.
But, the thoughts were interrupted when shadows presented themselves with bins and a letter written by Azura. He carefully read it before setting it aside and moving to the bins. Once he opened them, he saw the different set of clothing that she made for him. Some red, some black, some white, some gray, some blue. All the colors he would normally wear were present. So, the first thing he chose was a black jean and a white sleeveless t-shirt with a black skull in the middle. He stopped time to put on the clothes after storing what he was wearing before they presented themselves to him.
The sudden change in weight was unexpected, but did not make him fall or anything. So, those were heavy type of clothes. This, with the energy bracelets around his wrists and ankles, certainly would put his body in a dire situation. Though, this was the fastest and most useful way to become stronger without training all times. Because, even if, he wanted strength more than anything. Training all days was not the type of life he wanted for himself. Besides, training to death against himself was better than a simple workout. It has been a while since he did workout now that he thought about it.
Not that it mattered considering he was still making his body train with the ki-eater bracelets around his body since they converted 80% of his internal energy into tons. Satisfied with the outfit, he activated time again and stored the bins into the Kus present on his left ring finger. He will put them in a cupboard when he does return to the house. Might give her a few kisses she will not forget, so quickly.
